For the best results, the Penomet Hydropump should be used with water. Conventional air vacuum pumps compress and expand air without enlarging the penis equally resulting in enlargement of some areas but not others.

Before you start using your Penomet, take a few minutes to warm up in the shower or bathtub. It helps to warm up the scrotum, penile tissue and makes your ballsack come down as to avoid having your testicles drawn into the pump.
Choose a detachable pressure gaiter – we’d suggest starting with the purple gaiter or the one you have with the lowest hardness.
Attach the selected gaiter to the main Penomet cylinder
Apply the Penomet over your penis, either in the bath, shower or on its own. Gently pump the Penomet a few times until the vacuum seal is created.
As your penile tissue expands into the unit, you may need to re-pump a few times to maintain a secure seal.
Relax and re-pump every few minutes when required for 15 to 20 minutes
Now that you’re done for today, simply remove the Penomet by gently pressing the valve at the end of the Penomet cylinder to any side. You may want to do this slowly or quickly.
As you become more experienced and comfortable with your Penomet, you can gradually start to use the stronger gaiters for increase pressure. For best results, repeat at least 5 times a week.
